The features are ...

Digital processing is performed on an experimental SPM image or a simulated SPM image for your taste or purpose.

It is possible to perform basic digital processing, such as Fourier transform, contrast adjustment, edge extraction, and noise reduction.

A function of predicting a shape of a tip from an experimental SPM image and a correction function of an experimental image by neural network learning, also are prepared.
