The digital processor for experimental image data: Analyzer

In this page, we introduce to you functions of the Analyzer (the digital processor for experimental image data), reading experimental data, correcting a tilt of a plate where a sample material is put, and drawing image data in 3D.
We link items representing examples of calculations to other web pages below.
Following these links and jumping into the other web pages, you can find movie files and documents that explain you how to use the Analyzer.
Using these contents in an effective manner, you can learn how to use the Analyzer.

Reading experimental data, correcting a tilt of a plate where a sample material is put, and drawing image data in 3D

The Analyzer reads binary data output by SPM instruments in experiments in direct, corrects the tilt of the plate where the sample material is put, and draws the image data in 3D.
The Analyzer supports file formats from instrument manufactures all over the world.
We make up the list of the file formats that the Analyzer can reads as experimental data here.

Examples: please choose an example that helps you to perform your task from the following list:

Reading data of the SPM experiment in the sm4 format provided by RHK Technology Inc.

Reading data of the SPM experiment in the stp format provided by Agilent Technologies (Molecular Imaging) [case 1]

Reading data of the SPM experiment in the stp format provided by Agilent Technologies (Molecular Imaging) [case 2]

Reading data of the SPM experiment in the ibw format provided by Asylum Research

Reading data of the SPM experiment in the par format provided by Omicron [case 1]

Reading data of the SPM experiment in the par format provided by Omicron [case 2]

Reading data of the SPM experiment in the par format provided by Omicron [case 3]

If you cannot find a simulation that you want to perform from the above list, please contact us by e-mail.
When you send an e-mail to us, a string of characters is put into a subject of the e-mail automatically.
This string tells us at which stage of the simulation you have a trouble.
